ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

MONDAY 27TH APRIL 2026
In the village hall, New Road. 6.30pm for 7pm for wine and nibbles. Approx. 7pm meeting start.

All residents are welcome.

Agenda

1. 1)  To confirm the accuracy of the minutes of the meeting held on 12th March 2025.

2. 2)  To receive and note update reports from;

   1. a)  Ward Councillor, Simon Fairhall, to be submitted.

   2. b)  Parish Council Chairman, Aidan Davey, including a finance report.

   3. c)  Other Parish Council committees and working groups (Trees and Greens incl

      Nature Recovery, Traffic Working Group, Planning Committee.)

   4. d)  Recent resident survey results and feedback.

3. 3)  To receive and note reports from village groups:

   1. a)  The History Club – Ian Lawson

   2. b)  The Bowls Club – Ian Lawson

   3. c)  The T21 Birch Tree Café Trust – Maggie Scott, Chair

   4. d)  The Garford Trust – Steve Forster

4. 4) To receive comment from residents of the village on any other parish matters of concern.
